Report an Incident (General)

Pet Partners defines an incident as any unusual occurrence that happens while on a therapy animal visit. This includes: injury to a person or an animal; high potential that an injury could have occurred either to a person or an animal, even though no one was hurt at the time; the perception of an injury; the perception of an accident, error or misbehavior by either the handler or animal; and damage to property.
